This item has been power on tested allowing user to access bios and retrieve basic system information. Onboard dell diagnostic has been performed (PASS) Extensive testing under operating system install has not been conducted.

• Chassis has scuffs and scratches all over with paint wear and chips.
• Bezel has scratches with chips around edges and corners
• No BIOS password.
• Dent on under side (no internal damage )
